I know you can open up an Original Xbox 360 Hard Drive and use it in the slim, but I don't want to do that.. play off of it (basically I'm not transferring anything, my game memory is still in the original hard drive, and I'm playing the game using that).. Looks like I'm gonna have to get it with new memory also.

New User? So I have a 250GB hardrive which can play original Xbox games (It works for sure. My 360 can play original games, but it does!

Jan 19, 2011. You have to buy a hard drive to be able to play Xbox original games on the 4GB . The new 360 is supposed to support USB drives to save games and profiles.. I don't think the older/smaller drives will work for the Slim.
